MorePLA (polylactic acid or polylactide) is a thermoplastic aliphatic polyester derived from renewable resources such as corn starch, roots tapioc, or cane sugar. Its main features include a wide range of colors, strong resistance and printability. Unlike ABS, PLA requires lower extrusion temperatures. Undesirable deformation of objects are less frequent and it does not require a plate with very high temperatures.
ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) terpolymer is used mainly in the automotive industry for reproducing and light resistance, such as LEGO bricks. ABS is a soft material that is easy to deform. For best results, the plate should be at a high temperature to ensure the respect of the base of the object.
